Rodrigo came to BC from Guatemala in 2008. Since then, he's come to fall in love with BC's vast wilderness and has come to call Vancouver his home. For years he's worked to make climate change one of the government's top agendas. Most recently, he worked at Leadnow as the climate campaigner, using technology and people power to push Canada's climate policy forward. He also brings with him a diverse experience as an organizer and campaigner from his time at Oxfam Canada, The Sierra Club in Washington DC, and Powershift BC. He's currently working as a labour organizer at BCGEU.
