TV News Story ‑ Court challenge to proposed Chilliwack Hazardous Waste Facility

This is a TV news story about a court challenge to a hazardous waste facility being proposed for a site beside the Fraser River in Chilliwack, BC. Opponents are concerned that not enough public notice was given before the proposal was approved and that the site beside the river is inappropriate.
