This is a short TV news report from September 2010 about the logging that is endangering Earth's largest Douglas fir tree - the Red Creek Fir. The Wilderness Committee is calling for the designation of a new protected area that would encompass the Red Creek Fir and other local groves of old growth forest, and become part of an expanded Pacific Rim National Park.
