TV News Story ‑ Groups demand BC Parks Minister Repeal Park Amendment Act

This is a TV news story about growing opposition to the BC government's recently enacted Park Amendment Act - a law which makes it easier for large corporations to have sections of BC provincial parks removed from protection to allow for oil pipelines, logging trucks, powerlines etc.

 

 

Stop mining in Clayoquot Sound

The B.C. government has renewed mining exploration permits in the Tranquil Creek watershed, in direct opposition from the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation.
