The Wilderness Committee is pleased to see the release of a new report by the University of Victoria Environmental Law Clinic that documents landuse issues in the Manning Park Donut Hole and other parts of the Canadian portion of the upper Skagit River. "It is a very good listing of the various landuse issues facing this region, said Joe Foy, Wilderness Committee National Campaign Director. "It is actually a pretty good guide that shows the way we can get the Donut Hole and other areas of the upper Skagit watershed the park protection this region so richly deserves," he said.
