To The Ends Of The Earth Documentary Comes To Northern BC

Thursday, September 08, 2016

Prince George, BC – As pipeline politics dominate headlines, To the Ends of the Earth, a film about the failing economics of the fossil fuel industry and the future of the energy, is touring northern BC communities next week.

Screenings hosted by the Wilderness Committee and local allies in Fort St. John, Prince George, Kitimat, Terrace, Prince Rupert and Smithers will captivate audiences where communities are facing down extreme energy projects like LNG terminals, tar sands pipelines and fracking operations.

To the Ends of the Earth features stories from frontline Indigenous communities and thoughts from leading energy thinkers. After each showing, a panel will bring together outstanding local activists, filmmaker David Lavallée and the Wilderness Committee’s climate campaigner to discuss ideas on how to move our broken energy system forward. See the trailer and find more information about the film at endsofearthfilm.com.
