Gitz (https://gitzcrazyboy.com/) is a Blackfoot & Dene author, actor, activist, and educator living in Mohkínstsis (Calgary), and Mark (https://www.marktilsen.com/) is an Oglala Lakota poet, organizer and educator from Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. This workshop is is the second in a series for Marxists, environmentalists, leftists, allies, activists, organizers, academics, etc., that are prepared to do interactive decolonization work, to learn about and confront the gaps in anti-racist theory and action that exist in organizing environments dominated by colonial and settler mindsets, and to amplify and collaborate with Indigenous-led social and ecological justice programs in the future.
