Wild About Urban Coyotes

The crafty coyote is a relatively new neighbour in the Lower Mainland, and yet it has now truly made Vancouver its home. You are invited to join our 1.5-hour webinar to explore coyote behaviour, habitat, and coexistence in and around the city of Vancouver.

Why are coyotes called the Song Dogs of North America? What attracts them to the city? How do they hunt for food? And how can people, pets, and coyotes coexist harmoniously? Find these out and more, with Urban Wildlife Coordinator Dannie Piezas! You can ask your questions in real time, just like if we were together in person!

*If this event fills to capacity, members of Stanley Park Ecology Society will be given first priority to any tickets that open up due to cancellations.

**Fees for this program are based on a sliding scale - you choose what you pay! Your contributions help us bring you more online programs like this one!

***Participants will receive a separate email with instructions and a link to access the online live stream 24-48 hours in advance of the program. Registration closes two hours before the program begins.

****Only one ticket required per household.
