Please read this form carefully and indicate that you agree below.- This waiver applies to all activities undertaken by myself on my travels and work with the Wilderness Committee. It also applies to all other activities that are in any way associated with the Wilderness Committee.- I understand that I am not allowed to participate in any Wilderness Committee projects or activities without first signing this Waiver Form. By signing this form I absolve all persons employed by the Wilderness Committee, assisting with the Wilderness Committee, including partners, First Nations, and all other individuals, from liability for any cost, damage or harm incurred to me or any of my family/friends/associates.- I am fully responsible for my own safety and am responsible for my equipment while I am associated with the Wilderness Committee and/or their associates.- I understand there is risk involved, including the risk of injury or possible death. (examples: injury or death caused by hypothermia, drowning, animal attack, food poisoning, plant poisoning, waterborne disease, falling, car accident, boat accident, etc.)- In case of injury or death to myself or damage to my equipment, however caused and even in the case of gross negligence, I and/or my family/friends/associates will not in any way hold the representatives of the Wilderness Committee, nor their directors, employees or volunteers, responsible.
