Joe Foy comments on the appointment of Thomas Berger in leading the legal challenge against the Trans Mountain pipeline. 

The BC NDP governmnent hires Thomas Berger, former BC Supreme Court judge who chaired the Royal Commission on the failed Mackenzie Valley pipeline project in the 1970s, to lead the legal battle against the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
