TV News Story ‑ Kitimat Refinery Proposal

This is a television news story responding to the proposal for a new tar sands refinery in Kitimat, BC—a proposal that does little to soothe the concerns of environmentalists and First Nations regarding the Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline and other oil and gas developments in the province.
