TV News Story ‑ Stop Site C Dam Rally cancelled over security concerns

This is a TV news story about a police shooting in Dawson Creek BC that cost a man's life at a BC Hydro open house about the Site C dam project. This has caused the cancelling of an anti-Site C dam rally in Vancouver out of security concerns. The Wilderness Committee's Joe Foy is interviewed in this news report.
