TV News Story ‑ Vancouver city opposition to oil pipeline expansion plans

This is a TV news story about the city of Vancouver's opposition to Kinder Morgan's plans to expand their Trans Mountain Pipeline from Edmonton to Burrard Inlet. The pipeline would transport tar sands crude to Kinder Morgan's oil tanker loading facility for transport to Asia. The Wilderness Committee's Ben West is interviewed for this news story.
